V1.02 release

Changes from V1.00:

- Jump jets feel more like in the original game and also emit a trail of smoke.

- New settings for movement speed in cheat-section: "original" (moving forward and sideways simultaneously gives extra speed), "real" (diagonal movement does not give extra speed), and several "faster" settings that increase the movement speed by a factor while keeping it "real".  For those who are curious: if you enable the frames per second display also the speed (measured only horizontally) is shown.
